Children's Classes The children's class not only teaches our children, the art of self-defense, but also when the use of such defense
is appropriate and how to avoid confrontations. Techniques and policies for dealing with bullies. They learn balance, focus,
self-confidence, self respect, self discipline and self control, all of which have a positive affect in all aspects of their
lives.

Focus on exercise and stretching through running
our charts and learning our katas which teach much more than fighting technique, but teach
our children discipline and that to learn something and do it well you
must keep trying and practicing and Most of all YOU CAN DO IT! We
are all rewarded as we bask in their pride and confidence when they achieve a
new goal each week. Our
children's sparring and Jiu Jitsu classes teach our children how to protect themselves
when necessary against those who would wish them harm, but we also teach them that this is a sport where excessive
force is not rewarded, but rather control of that force. The children do learn alot but mostly
they just enjoy competing with their peers and the thrills of winning and of course they
love all the cheering as well.
Beginner/ Advanced Weapons
Ni-Dan Adam Deffinger teaches advanced kata and weapons to our advanced
students, as well as helping our Junior Ni-dan students Isaac Stout and Roland Belew teach a beginner's class.
Award Winning Staff
We presently have seven Ni-Dan students who are actively
attending and assisting or teaching classes. Everyone at Team N.K.I. are family and these members have been part of
OUR KARATE FAMILY for many years now. They have dedicated their lives to not only
learning Martial Arts, but in sharing it and teaching it to other's.

M.M.A. Training
Check out our Team N.K.I. page Mixed Martial Arts Training is for the serious athlete. It combines many forms of the martial arts for fighting
from a stand up position to an on the ground position. It also includes physical conditioning, intense cardio training, diet
and fitness training.
These classes are taught by Sensei
Brandon McMahan, 5th degree Go-Dan, and professional M.M.A. cage fighter. He has done martial arts all of his life.
He is an extremely dedicated athlete and does a fantastic job of getting his fighter's
ready for the cage.
Brandon has always loved Martial Arts and he continues to grow as a Martial
Artist and athlete. He has also become a Great instructor and Coach.
It is a Family Tradition Master Gregg has been involved with martial arts since the 1970's. It is something that he truly enjoys and he
is still always learning new things and perfecting his techniques. He truly loves teaching martial arts to anyone who wishes
to learn, so naturally all of our children and grandchildren also study martial arts and have since they could walk. Each
have learned at their own pace and have varying degrees. They were and are also involved in other sports and activities as
well. Football, baseball, basketball, chorus, drama club, dance, cheerleading. They are all very confident, independent and
socially active in the family and the community. Some are more athletic than other's and some are more creative than other's,
but they all benefit from their martial arts way of life. It is a way of life for us, it simply is just a part of who we are
both individually and as a family. Our family is quite large too in that we are a part of a much larger family, OUR KARATE FAMILY and there is always room for more .
